Kevin Neumaier, CEO
As CEO, Kevin Neumaier, P.E. leads SWIFT Rails as we create a faster, more comfortable and sustainable type of transportation.
Kevin was previously CEO of Ecology & Environment, Inc. (Nasdaq: EEI), a large global environmental and engineering consulting company. Kevin led 1,600 global employees with projects in over 100 countries to record-setting revenue, $169 million, and earnings, $1.65 share. While under Kevin’s leadership, Fortune magazine included E&E on its Hottest Small-cap Top 50 and “Green Pioneer” lists.
Prior to becoming CEO, Kevin served as Chief Information Officer and VP/Sr. VP Sustainability at E&E. In those roles, Kevin designed and developed GreenRide, a web-based ride sharing system that included vanpooling and integration with transit. GreenRide was sold to 56 MPOs (Metropolitan Planning Organizations), transit agencies, large campuses and employers making it accessible to over 10 million people, including Redmond, WA (Microsoft).
Kevin has a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, a MS in Natural Science from the University of New York at Buffalo, and is a licensed professional engineer. He has been thinking about a sustainable rail vehicle since 1995. In 2009, Kevin gave a talk at the UN Climate Meeting in Copenhagen on the need for a different type of transportation system and received a phenomenal response.

James Enright, Chief Design Officer
James is the co-innovator of SWIFT Rails. He is quick taking theories to actual physical products and has excellent manufacturing process knowledge. James designs SWIFT Rails vehicles and track to be highly functional and easy to service.
James has repaired over 25,000 vehicles in his thirty-year career that has focused on high-end vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi and classic car restoration. He has a wide range of vehicle systems experience, including electrical, hydraulic repair, and welding fabrication.
James has advanced training from the Bosch School, Chrysler School, GM School, Hybrid training school, GMC school, and Isuzu school. James graduated from Alfred University and was recognized with their Outstanding Student Award.

Daryl Anderson, CFO
Daryl has over twenty years of experience in the financial markets. Most recently, he was Director of Research at Kei Advisors, LLC, an investor relations and business consulting firm with approximately 17 publicly traded companies as clients. While there, he helped tailor “Street” messaging, advised on strategy, created investor presentations, and joined senior management teams in meetings and calls with equity analysts, institutional investors, and investment bankers.
Prior to Kei, Daryl spent twenty years as a derivative and arbitrage trader, with much of that time spent on some of the largest dealing desks in the world. Most recently, he was a founding member and Head Trader of Qirin Quant Group, Ltd., a proprietary quantitative trading firm focused on Mainland China. Prior to Qirin, Daryl ran his own highly successful proprietary trading firm which was an early participant in electronic and algorithmic trading. Early in his career, Daryl spent several years at AIG Trading Group, where he worked as an interbank commodity derivative dealer advising and providing swap, option, and structured transaction pricing to the world’s largest corporations, hedge funds, and banks. Daryl also ran proprietary trading books at AIG.
Daryl is a CFA charterholder with a B.S in Finance from Canisius College.

Tony Gale, COO
Tony has over 15 years’ management and operations experience with transportation hardware, software and SaaS businesses for Transit (Real-time Passenger Information Systems), School Transportation and Rideshare. He was previously Vice President and General Manager of Cubic Transportation’s NextBus Real-Time Passenger Information (RTPI) business and prior to that was General Manager of Trapeze Software Group’s School Transportation Division and was also responsible for Trapeze’s Rideshare business P&L.
Prior to working for Cubic and Trapeze, Tony worked directly for Kevin Neumaier at Ecology and Environment, Inc. for over 10 years leading large international programs, turnkey IT deployments and rideshare SaaS. While working for Kevin, Tony scaled GreenRide, a web-based ride sharing system that included vanpooling and integration with transit. GreenRide was sold to 56 customers in 4 countries including MPOs (Metropolitan Planning Organizations), transit agencies, employer campuses and universities, making it accessible to over 10 million people.
Tony has a MBA with an emphasis on supply chain management, a MS in remote sensing (Satellite imaging) specializing in GIS and a BS in earth sciences. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is also ITIL certified. He is passionate about making the world a better place through solving traffic congestion and climate change with clean transportation and technology.

Mark Cotter, Chief Safety Officer
Mark Cotter, CSP, CIH is SWIFT Rails Chief Safety Officer. His job at SWIFT Rails is to make sure that we are as safe as we can possibly be.
Mark has over 30 years of Environmental, Health and Safety experience. He was the lead EHS professional for over 100 projects for public and private sector clients totaling over $500 million.
Mr. Cotter has experience with the preparation and implementation of site-specific health and safety plans (HASP’s) and JSA’s. Mark serves as the Point of Contact for federal, state and local regulatory agencies to get necessary permits to ensure projects are done in a regulatory compliant manner to ensure worker protection and OSHA compliance.
Mark manages QA/QC programs to confirm and verify that work meets SWIFT Rails and regulatory standards. Mark is an instructor for OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Training, a ISO 14001 Lead Environmental Auditor and Certified Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Investigator.
Mark is involved in design and system implementation at SWIFT Rails.
Mark graduated with a B.S. from University of Montana and M.S. from Virginia Commonwealth.

Andreas Calianos, Director
Mr. Calianos has over 35 years of global private equity, advisory and start-up experience, and is currently President of Skepticus, a Private Equity strategy consultancy. He was formerly CEO of eAmbient Inc., a Boston-based cleantech company. Prior to eAmbient, he was Global CEO of DriWay Technologies based in Manhattan and London.
Andreas served as Divisional Director at the $90 billion MIRA (Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets) division of Macquarie Group, overseeing MIRA’s U.S. real estate equity and debt divisions. He also was the Chief Investment Officer and Partner of Dome Equities, a U.S. Private Equity investment fund. Prior to Dome, Mr. Calianos was Managing Director at Commonfund, overseeing global hard asset PE investment on behalf of endowments and foundations, where he also led business development in China and the Middle East. Mr. Calianos is a regular public speaker and author. He has taught in a number of venues, including MIT and Yale. He has a combined degree in computer science and biology from Boston College.
